During Homearama 2025, The Evelyn impressed visitors with its bold, modern design where sophistication meets everyday livability. Warm finishes, thoughtful layouts, and luxurious details made this home perfect for both everyday living and high-end entertaining.
Carpet Specialists helped ground each space in beauty and durability. Most of the home featured white oak engineered planks by Shaw, offering a timeless, versatile foundation.
In the entryway, end-grain engineered planks from Oregon Lumber Co. created a striking pattern that celebrated the natural beauty of wood.
Design Tip: Mixing classic flooring with a bold statement in high-traffic areas draws the eye and sets the tone for the home.
The kitchen featured custom ash cabinetry by Century Entertainment & Furnishings, finished in a rich dark stain with moody character. Fluted accents and integrated pulls added mid-century flair—a must-see detail during Homearama.

Durability met design throughout the home. “Greige Stone” quartz by Envi was used in high-traffic areas like the kitchen island and baths, pairing beautifully with the home’s palette.
The kitchen backsplash showcased Macaubas Fantasy natural quartzite with integrated storage—a clever custom detail by Trademark Universal Stone.
In the powder room, collaboration with Concrete Intuitive and Daltile resulted in a floating black concrete vanity with integrated sink, framed by Revalia Remix tile in “Metallic Grey.” The space was finished with the Brizo Frank Lloyd Wright fixture in teak and polished nickel, adding functional artistry.
Brecher’s Lighting provided signature fixtures that gave each space personality. Highlights included the Mitzi collection—Claudie, Nyah, and Ethel—which added sculptural charm and warm ambiance throughout the home.
