Designed as the heart of the home, the kitchen was expanded to create a warm, welcoming space built for hosting family and friends. A soft, timeless palette featuring Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray and Urbane Bronze establishes an inviting atmosphere, while premium Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances bring professional-grade performance to everyday living.
At the center of the space, a generous island offers abundant seating and prep space, complemented by a thoughtfully integrated dry bar for effortless entertaining. Thanks to the home’s spacious lot, the renovation allowed for significant added square footage — transforming what was once the original kitchen into a cozy family TV room while opening the home to a more functional and connected layout.
