The Uptown & Lay Low Lofts

Welcome home, Eldridge Company

Completed in 2024, The Uptown is Eldridge Company’s main office and latest urban renovation. Above, The Lay Low Lofts are modern short-term rental units (AirBNB) designed for hosting large groups. We pushed our design skills to transform this mid-20th century manufacturing facility into a luxurious live and work space.

The Uptown

We added a kitchen, moved and added restrooms, dug out and lowered the concrete floor, and added windows, just to name a few improvements.
This first floor space now hosts our team of 9.

This building was chopped into cubicles with varying floor heights and only 1 restroom on the first floor. We cut in much larger window and door openings, lowered the floor, and dug in new plumbing for 2 restrooms and a kitchen. We brought in custom cabinetry and built in carpentry details, as well as luxury details like quartzite, quartz, and Delta champagne bronze. The floors got a new coat of sealed concrete to complete the industrial look.
